Refund Policy

Refund Policy for The Clavier Studio.

Overview

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that payments made towards tuition fees, course packages, class credits, workshops, or any other services offered by The Clavier Studio shall be eligible for a refund only where expressly permitted under the Refund Policy published by The Clavier Studio.

The User further acknowledges that all fees paid for reserved class slots are non-refundable. Once a lesson, class, trial session, or any part of a purchased package has been conducted, attended, or otherwise made available to the User, no refund, reversal, or credit shall be granted on the grounds of dissatisfaction, change of mind, partial usage, non-attendance after scheduling, or any other reason.

The User expressly authorises The Clavier Studio to treat payments relating to completed or scheduled services as valid, intentional, and final transactions. The User further agrees not to initiate or pursue any payment reversal or dispute through any bank, credit card issuer, debit card issuer, UPI platform, digital wallet, payment gateway (including Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment processor), or financial institution in relation to such payments.

Where a payment dispute is initiated in contravention of these Terms, The Clavier Studio reserves the right to rely upon these Terms and Conditions, the Refund Policy, attendance records, class schedules, communication records, payment confirmations, and any other relevant evidence to contest such claims before the applicable payment provider or financial institution.

The Clavier Studio further reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to ongoing lessons, student accounts, course materials, and future services until any disputed payment has been resolved.

1. General Policy

All course fees, tuition fees, class packages, workshops, examination coaching fees, and other payments made to The Clavier Studio are non-refundable, except where expressly stated in this Policy or where required under applicable law.

2. Reservation of Class Slots

Upon confirmation of enrollment and receipt of payment, The Clavier Studio reserves dedicated teaching time and class slots exclusively for the student. As these instructional resources cannot be reallocated at short notice, payments made towards reserved class slots are considered final.

3. Completed or Commenced Services

No refund shall be issued for lessons or classes that have been attended or completed, trial sessions that have been conducted, course packages that have commenced, missed classes due to student absence, classes not attended without prior notice, dissatisfaction after a lesson or course has commenced, or change of mind or personal circumstances.

4. Exceptional Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of The Clavier Studio, including duplicate or accidental payments, verified technical or billing errors, or cancellation of a course by The Clavier Studio where an alternative arrangement cannot be provided. Approved refunds shall be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

5. Make-up Classes

Students who are unable to attend a scheduled lesson may be eligible for a make-up class in accordance with The Clavier Studio's Attendance & Make-up Class Policy. The availability of a make-up class shall not constitute grounds for a monetary refund.

6. Payment Processing Charges

Where a refund is approved, The Clavier Studio reserves the right to deduct any non-refundable payment gateway fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, taxes, or other processing costs incurred in connection with the original transaction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Refund Request Procedure

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to The Clavier Studio together with all relevant details supporting the request. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, and each request shall be reviewed in accordance with this Policy.

8. Related Policies

This Refund Policy shall be read together with The Clavier Studio's Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies published by The Clavier Studio. Initiating a payment dispute contrary to these policies may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
