Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Clavier Studio. By enrolling in our courses or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment

Students aged 5 years and above are welcome to enroll. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable course fees. Students are responsible for providing accurate registration details.

2. Class Schedule

Lessons are conducted according to the agreed schedule. Students are expected to join on time, as late arrivals may reduce the effective lesson duration.

3. Attendance & Make-up Classes

Students must notify The Clavier Studio at least 5 hours before the scheduled class to request a make-up lesson. Make-up classes are subject to instructor and slot availability and must be completed within the same billing month. Missed classes cannot be carried forward.

4. Fees & Payments

Course fees must be paid on or before the due date. Any applicable payment gateway charges, bank fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges shall be borne by the student.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are subject to The Clavier Studio's Refund Policy. Students are encouraged to attend a free trial lesson before enrolling. Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page for complete details.

6. Practice & Progress

Students are encouraged to practice regularly. Teachers may assign homework and request practice videos through the student portal to monitor progress and provide feedback.

7. Examination Preparation

The Clavier Studio prepares students for Trinity College London, ABRSM, and RSL Awards examinations. Examination registration and external assessment fees are separate from tuition fees unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, recordings, worksheets, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of The Clavier Studio and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Amendments

The Clavier Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, policies, course offerings, fees, and schedules at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
